◆石に立つ矢 Ishi ni tatsu ya.
- 解釈：昔、中国の楚（そ）の熊渠子（ゆうきょし）が狩りに行って、虎と見誤って石を射たところ、矢が石を割ったという故事により、一念をもって事を行えば大概の事はできるというたとえ。

- 類義：雨垂れ石を穿（うが）つ。一念岩をも透す。一念天に通ず。精神一到何事か成らざらん。念力岩をも透す。
